Latest Ghana Jobs: Capacity Measurement Specialist at GRM International: Location: Brong-Ahafo Region Description: A Reputable Firm seeks the services of a Capacity Measurement Specialist Job Title: Capacity Measurement Specialist Job Location: Sunyani, Brong Ahafo Region Job Description * Work in collaboration with the long term Capacity Building Adviser and the National Population Council to develop an independent and verifiable assessment methodology that quantitatively measures changes in capacity within the identified priority areas. This will include agreeing upon a performance goal for each key area in the adapted Organizational Capacity Assessment tool * The Capacity Measurement Specialist should base this assessment along a clear, objective scale, and should aim to capture granular detail about NPC capacity, quantitatively where possible. The scale must estimate changes in organisational capacity over time Qualification and Requirements * A Postgraduate degree in the area of public health, social sciences, public administration, international relations, international development, or relevant field * Direct experience in the measurement and assessment of organisational capacity and capacity development * Experience in facilitation of training programmes and advisory support to wide range of beneficiaries (e.g. governments/NGOs/agencies) on the formulation, implementation, management and monitoring of capacity development * Experience with large public sector organisations in sub-Saharan Africa, particularly those focused on ARH issues * Professional experience in Ghana preferred * Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English * Strong organisational awareness, client orientation and government advisory skills * Strong drafting and reporting skills in English Visit jobberman.gh/job/51217/capacity-measurement-specialist-in-brong-ahafo-region/ to apply jbgh.me/8BB9MG Share with friends!
