Latest News: Victoria Park set for £230,000 of investment! Salisbury City Council is currently undertaking a review of Victoria Park – with up to £230,000 set to be invested in the park, with work commencing spring 2014. Park’s Manager Chris Stringer said, “This is a great opportunity to improve Victoria Park. We’re going to be talking to lots of different groups and organisations to find out what they’d like us to spend this money on”. “As well as this, we want to hear from everyone who uses the park - and from people who don’t use the park to find out why that is” added Chris. “We are trying to gather people’s opinions, plus their ambitions and ideas for the future. That way we can make sure we invest this money in the right way and in the right places.” To have your say on what happens in Victoria Park please visit Salisbury City Council’s website to complete a brief questionnaire or use the following link: form.jotformpro/form/31324539354958 Alternatively, pop in to the Salisbury Information Centre, Fish Row to pick up a paper copy of the questionnaire. The deadline for completed questionnaires is the end of November.
