Latest On Late Senator Chuba Okadigbos Estate Controversy A High Court Sitting in Abuja yesterday 4th Feb 2013, dismissed the suit brought by Chaka Okadigbo the eldest son of the late Chuba Okadigbo against his widow Lady Margaret Okadigbo asking the Court to remove her as administrator and asking her to render accounts of her administration of the estate. The Court held that the Plaintiff has failed to prove his case against the defendant and his prayer does not have merit It could be recalled that Chaka Okadigbo took his step mum Senator Chuba-okadigbo Margery Chibogu to court alleging that the Senator does not have the locus to be the administrator of his late Dad estate and also, her step mum have failed to render account of the estate left behind by his popular Dad.
