Latest Update on TF Cases: BK Case: Next court date is May 27 which is only a status conference in which the judge, telexfree, US Trustee, SEC and other parties can present their status, and judge most likely will resume the case by setting new court dates and deadlines. Another case has been filed against Telexfree which is by Cellucci and this is called an Adversarial Proceeding. This is the second such filing. SEC Civil Case: No reply by SEC to Labriola, De La Rosa, and Crosby Motion to Dismiss due to SEC failure to state their reasons for allegations according to law. I did notice another case has been filed against the owners and top promoters and Labriola, but not against TF since TF is in Ch 11. Case names: 1) Cellucci (Adversarial Proceeding) and 2) Griffith SEC Criminal Case: In addition to the Boston Globe report of arrest of Wanzelers wife on warrant of material witness, very minor activitiy: Merrill requested his financial affadavit be sealed due to privacy of information.
