Latest review of the collyweston slater... We arrived and were offered a drink on walking through the door. After enjoying our coffee in the bar, we were shown up to our room, which was tastefully decorated, clean, warm and had a lovely shower with lots of hot water and toiletries. A flat screen tv and tea and coffee making facilities were also in the room. We stayed two nights, breakfast was excellent, with a choice of cereal, plenty of toast and hot coffee that you could help yourself to. They were happy yo cook whatever you wanted, and although I only had bacon and tomatoes (plenty on the plate) my partner had the full english which was exceptional. We ate both nights in the restaurant. The mixed grill was huge and really good quality and the pie on the second night was also very good. We did not have deserts, but the cheese boards sound wonderful and they have Godminster which is fantastic. We will definitely be returning!!
