Latest road info... CITY OF MCPHERSON - Officers are reporting roads as snow-packed and random patches of ice. I 135 - Seems to still have a lot of ice north of McPherson until about Lindsborg. We are urging you to not travel, and if you must, go slow. Most of our slide-offs are occurring in the area of MM 65 - 72. South of town, if you are going southbound, from mm 54 -57 it is perfectly dry and clear. Northbound is wet and snowpacked in a few spots. We want to stress that because of the temperature, there is still a high possibility of black ice, even if the road LOOKS fine. US56 East and West of McPherson - we havent received much information on. Anyone want to help us out with that? K61 - Snowpacked and icy to Inman, then mostly clear. Keep in mind, friends... the temperature is the problem here. Black ice is super sneaky. Wed still prefer you to just stay in today.
