Higher temperatures also makes a person feel lethargic and will make you feel drained. Proper ventilation is also very important as the lack of it will make you feel dizzy and decrease the intensity of your workout due to lack of enough oxygen. Keep sipping on little water every now and then through out your workout. This will your hydration levels optimum.
