Latest tripadvisor.co.uk review. We arrived at the restaurant on a Friday night just before 6 pm. We had spontaneously decided to go for dinner so had looked to find a place with good recommendations on our route. Hewats fitted the bill. Whilst from the outside it looked a bit like just an up-market pub, the interior was undoubtedly that of a restaurant, the service fast, friendly and efficient. We were offered the pre-Theatre Menu and whilst we chose to order a la carte, the selection was varied and the prices great value. Our meals arrived perfectly cooked and we had a wonderful desert and evening. Thank You.
