Latest typhoon statistics::: Philippines Latest report released by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) placed the affected number of population at 2,376,217 families or 11,236,054 people in 44 provinces. Of these numbers, 4,114,183 people were displaced while 47,863 families or 217,444 people are still being served in 1,070 evacuation centers. The death toll stood at 5,632, with 26,136 injured and 1,759 still missing as of Dec. 1. The NDRRMC also said Yolanda destroyed 582,841 houses and damaged 586,117 others.
