Latest update from Brooke Allensworth, Natalies mother. Natalie is still in St Louis and needs the continued prayers of the prayers warriors all over the world! Thanks folks! Natalie is still in pediatrics ICU. She still has breathing tube. Will put a suction tube down her breathing tube again today to try and suck some more mucus out of her lungs. Been having problems, not getting enough oxygen. Doctors found out while in surgery that Natalies left lung was worse than they thought. Thats why she has to keep breathing tube in. She has a neck brace on which made it a little more difficult to deal with her airway. Orange cast on her left leg, broke tibia. Orange cast on her left arm, broke humerus bone, thats why doctors wanted to put pin in her arm. Also broke humerus bone in her left arm. Has orange cast on her left arm, orange is her favorite color! The two lacerations on the left side of her face, that were stitched up, look really good. Has a few stitches above her left eye. It looks good too. Her left ear looks better after the plastic surgeon redid the stitches Thursday. He also stitched up the loose skin on her left shoulder. She has several scratches over her body. Her face looks much better after all the swelling went down! Her left eye was almost swollen shut. Shes a very strong little girl. I dont know how we could ever thank all the people that helped save her life! We will be in debt to them the rest of our lives.
