Latest update on my mom. She made it through the first night with very little issues. All of her vitals are really good. She can wiggle her toes and squeeze both hands. Blood is flowing through all extremities. They are going to leave the ventilator in for today as she regains strength for tomorrows surgery. She is on a lot of pain meds, but has indicated that she is very comfortable and the pain is managed. She doesnt t like the times they have to adjust her, but she is getting better at it. This morning she slept for several hours uninterrupted. She continues to mouth the words I love you and I know it goes out to all of you who love her and are praying for her! Keep it up!
