Latest update on papa is that he will be undergoing skin graft surgery at 6:30 am tomorrow, too have grafts placed on his upper thighs, spots on his belly and forearm. His heart rate and fluid output are all looking good, he has 3rd degree burns on his thighs and once the surgery is done, he will be immobilized for 4-5 days too allow the grafts too take hold. At this time only immediate family is allowed too visit and only two at a time for short periods of time due too the high risk he and others on the burn ward are too infections. Due too the sedation and pain meds he will being sleeping for most of the next 5 days. Once this initial recuperation period ends they hope too send him back too Vernon late next week too begin his recuperation and physiotherapy. We thank you all for the prayers and calls of concern.
