Yesterdays election in Uruguay where former president Vazquez will fight against anti-democratic Pou in next months election, means he and his allies influence who lost Chavez who opposed against the Capitalist north has declined, an end of Chavista ideology to new political and possibly radical Bolivarian factions who not only follow president Chavez but great heroes who defended democracy, liberty and justice but that ideal would come at a cost to be realized.
