Launching of Amio Public Transport and celebration of Teachers day on 10 October, Friday 2014 at Amio Village. PSIP supported a community group in Amio with 4WD ISUZU Truck to ease the transport to Amio, though Road is in terrible stage at this point and while DOW will undertake some upgrade, PSIP assisted with a 4 WD high truck, preference to be given to Teachers and health workers travelling up and down to Kimbe. Teachers are doing a great job in remote locations against all odds in rural areas, Teaching is the most noble job in the world, Teachers are to be respected next to our parents as they impart knowledge to our kids, and we parents also entrust teachers to look after our kids almost 8 hours of their time. Any society which gives dye respect to teachers and look after them will certainly grow.
