Laurel B posted a link here on the den earlier this year to a training article that used a phrase be more exciting than a squirrel. ( Thanks for the post Laurel and please keep them coming, we appreciate the info! ) I like to try new to me training approaches and while I found the method described interesting, I felt that that level of excitement was a pretty tall order for someone of my temperament. When I tried the exercises Halle would just stare at me and wonder why I was acting so odd. I think that is why I really liked this story I have linked to here. Maybe some of you in the den can also relate.
