Lauren Goodman asks: Hiya - can someone give me some advice, I am making a minion cake tonight and whilst I am confident with the process I am a little worried about the goggles - what do people use to make them stay on, as they appear quite heavy. I was going to make them with florist paste and let them dry over night and then paint silver - but before they dry put a load of toothpicks in the back to be pushed into the cake (obv telling the customer) and then secure further with royal icing - do you think this would work? Also, let them dry on a curved item so that they are the same shape as the curve of the cake once dry. If anyone thinks this will not work or has any other ideas please let me know x
