Lauren asked, Phylicia, can you expound on why approaching grace in red high heels. I love it! Howd you come up with that picture? I went through a lot of ideas for a tagline when I changed from Quill and Inkwell to Phylicia Delta (my first and middle names). I wanted something that expressed my personality while also expressing the mission of the blog. Every Monday, I wear red heels to remind myself to be grateful for the little things. I also love being a woman, and for me, heels are a part of that! So when I chose the tagline, I was trying to say, Were all in this sanctification journey - approaching Grace - while being authentically the women God made us to be (and for me - that means red heels!).
