Lauren is 12 years old, she came to DSA with a long and soft swing. There was no explosiveness or power! Her hands would cast out and loss all her power before even hitting the ball. I require all my students to hit 100-150 balls a day! Its easy to see when they do NOT but its also easy to see when THEY DO.... Her parents, coaches and even coaches and parents from other teams have complimented her swing. She EARNED it...Lauren and her dad hit almost 600 balls a week only using her stubby. Here is a sneak peak of some drills we do trying to get a short, powerful swing... Way to go spit your hard work is paying off.
