We enjoy strong connections with legal practice with students participating in regular events and training to improve their academic experience, legal skills and employability. GCU Law researchers cover a wide range of topics including international human rights law, legal theory, criminal law, forensic science, the legal profession, health care law, ethics and delict. GCU Law also offers postgraduate opportunities. We host a dynamic postgraduate group comprising both national and international students. Our completion rates are excellent. We offer a diverse range of potential PhD topics, falling under three themes: International Law, Society & Justice; and Private Law. Since 2010, students also have the opportunity to undertake a Professional Doctorate in Justice and Policy.
