Law & Order Situation in Delhi:Complaint aginst ACP Bal Krishan Sarai Rohilla for Gross Violation of Delhi High Court order and allowing open Gundagardi of Anti Social elements / Tress passers all R/o 2/28 Roop Nagar. *Law & Order Situation in Delhi is yet to Improve after Change in Regime.Kindly Look into the matter * *Complaint aginst ACP Bal Krishan, Sarai Rohilla for Gross Violation of * *Delhi High Court order and allowing open Gundagardi of Anti Social * *elements / Tress passers all R/o 2/28 Roop Nagar.* *Ref :* *a) Order of Honble Delhi High Court Dt. 28/05/2014 ,* *b) S.E.M (North) Order in Kalandra U/s 107/150, dt 20/01/2012* *c) FIR No 107/2011 U/s 323/448/506/509 and 34 IPC against defendants, * *P.S Roop Nagar. Dt 20/07/2011* *Sir* *I am the law full owner and in physical possession of two ground Floor shops * *in property bearing No.2/28, Roop Nagar, Delhi-110007 I and my family are/* *were getting regular threats from the Shiv Raj Singh (Seller of Shops) owner * *and resident of 2/28 Roop Nagar and his family members since 2011.* *In a injunction suit Honble Delhi High Court, passed an order Dt 28/05/* *2014, regarding my shop in property No 2/28 Roop Nagar, Delhi - 110007. * *the operative part is reproduced below * *Till further orders , defendants are restrained from interfering * *in the possession and use of plaintiff in the property * *bearing no 2/28 Roop Nagar, Delhi 110007* *It is important to note that an FIR No 107/2011 PS Roop Nagar for * *trespassing U/s 323/448/506/509/ and 34 is already registered against * *the Four Defendants in July 2011 , Sh. Shiv Raj Singh and others are his * *Family members, who all are residents of 2/28 Roop Nagar 1st & IInd * *floor itself and an SEM (north) order in Kalandra U/s 107/150 was also * *passed absolutely in my favour on 20/01/2012.(Copy encl)* *I dully intimated the Court order to the Jt C.P (Central Range) on 10/* *06/2014 vide DD No 10583 and to the Area SHO on 16/06/2014 Vide * *PGO No and on the instruction of S.O of JT C.P Central Range) met * *the Area SHO and apprised him the whole facts on 16/06/2014 itself.* *On 17/06/2014 in the morning at 9.15 A.M I opened my shop and as * *anticipated the anti social elements step down and again start fighting * *furiously they refuse to obey order of Court , I called the PCR , later * *on local police also arrived in front of them four / five persons * *forcefully entered in the shop in the utter disregard to the * *Delhi High Court orders , Lavit Singh openly ask his Security * *guard to shoot us and said he will take care of every * *consequences, in front of PCR people Lavit Singh ask her mother * *and Mausi to give a false Compliant of assault and Molestation against * *my husband and Sons.* *S.H.O Mr. Ashok Kumar Roop Nagar also arrived and he was trying to * *connivance them to Follow the Court Order and not to make nuisance * *Mr. Bal Krishan Sharma Area ACP arrived on the Spot clearly * *on their call and immediately start threatening me and my * *family on the false grounds ,refuse to see the orders , documents * *Grossly misbehaved with me and my sister and threat us that he would * *implicate me and my family in a false case. In spite of fact that I * *am having Honble Delhi High Court order Instead of helping us he * *also ordered to Area SHO not to interfere which amounts to clearly * *dereliction of Statutory Duty on the part of Police , ACP Bal Krihan * *Sharma also gave illegal order not to close the shutter of my Shop. and * *made a verbal order to maintain the Status Quo Qua the Shop.* *In short he allowed trespassers to take the law in their hand and literally * *passes the deemed possession to them.* *I and my family were forced to stand on road whole day in the * *scorching heat without food water and electricity , but he refused to * *permit us to lock my own shops ,* *Under what rule and law?* *Now since 17/06/2004 defendants are continuously interfering in * *my possession in gross violation of Delhi High Court order in * *connivance with and under the nose and protection of Delhi * *Police official ACP Bal Krishan Sharma.* *Keeping in view above facts I request your good self to personally look * *into the matter and order for the immediate Departmental enquiry * *by Spl Commissioner (Law and order) as I have no faith on North * *Delhi Police officials and take appropriate legal /departmental action * *against arrogant ,law breaker ACP Bal Krishan who threat us to * *implicate me and my family in a false case this is a clear violation * *of my fundamental rights and his such treatment is also violation * *of Human rights , No lady police was there on the spot I requested * *him to send lady Police so that their ladies cant misbehave with * *us but no lady Police was sent intentionally , and also instruct the * *Roop Nagar S.H.O to do the need full to prevent and keep away the * *trespassers , law breakers from my shop, so that i can use my shops * *as per the order of Honble Delhi High Court peacefully without * *any hindrance , nuisance , threats and Fear.* *Looking forward for your kind intervention and help.* *Thanking You* *Yours truly,* *(Preeti Jain)* *Owner of Shops at G.F 2/28 Roop Nagar, Delhi-110007* *H.NO 603 , NIMRI COLONY ,* *ASHOK VIHAR ,PHASE IV* *DELHI 110052* *Mobile:+ ( P) 91 9999776367 , (SON) 09555390517 * Best Regards R K Atri
