Lawrenceville First United Methodist Church Sunday Celebrations will begin with a fellowship coffee at 8:30 a.m.; Sunday School 9-10 a.m.; followed by worship at 10:15 a.m. Pastor Gary Pearce will deliver the message entitled Peace based upon the Gospel of Mark 1:1-8. Greeters this Sunday will be Don and Liz Grigsby. Ushers will be Marilynn Costello, Virginia Irwin, Ron Negley, Chris Schafer, Ellen Tucker, and Jack Vayhinger. A staffed nursery is always available on Sunday morning for Sunday School and Worship. On Saturday, after the Christmas Parade, from 12 - 2 PM, the Youth will hold a Clothing Give Away in the Fellowship Hall. On Monday, Bible Seekers (Sr. High/College age) meet at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. On Tuesday, the Board of Trustees meet at 5:30 p.m. On Wednesday, Kids Club (K-5th Grade) and Jr. High Amplify will meet from 3-5 p.m.; Choir practice meets at 6 p.m.; and Small Groups meet at 7 p.m. On Thursday, Ladies Bible Study and Prayer Group meets at 9:30 a.m. and UMW Chi Rho Circle will meet at 6 p.m. at Southern Meadows.
