Lax Inception Hotel Cancellation for Friday, June 7, 2013 Only Hotels have been notified of the cancellation for all Lax Inception games that were to be played on Saturday, June 8, 2013 due to the field conditions caused by Tropical Storm Andrea. The hotels have been advised to review the Impossibility Clause that is part of every hotel contract for this event. Tropical Storm Andrea falls under an Act of God, listed in the Impossibility Clause. Therefore, no reservation holder should be charged for their cancellation for Friday, June 7, 2013. Reservation holders should call their hotel directly to cancel their reservation. Be sure to take down the name of the person at the hotel who handles the call. Thank you for your patience as we reviewed contracts and contacted hotels to alert them of this cancellation, allowed without penalty, under the Impossibility Clause.
