It is on Saturday before Palm Sunday. The main figures in the festivities are the girls. On this day they move from one social group to another. They are no longer children. Each girl can be only once Lazararka. After that she can marry. Therefore, this day is very important for them. On the holiday these girls start to go around peoples houses and perform different songs for health and prosperity. The songs are accompanied with ritual dances. If the girls miss a house, according to folklore traditions, this a big misfortune for the people of the house.
