Lazy Lous breakfast sandwich... So lately I have no desire to get up any earlier to cook breakfast or prepare it at 11 the night before. Here is an easy way to get in pretty good nutrition and it only takes 2 minutes. My breakfast: 3 whole wheat english muffins 3 free range eggs 6 oz low sodium ham or turkey 3 slices american cheese(I know its horrible for me!!!) Slice open muffins and carefully crack 1 egg on each half. microwave for 45 seconds. throw piece of cheese and 2 oz of ham and top with other half of muffin. Microwave for 25 seconds. Enjoy.
