Lead .NET Developer - Permanent - Frederick, MD or Reston, VA Duties · Full lifecycle development of new software projects o Work with the business through the Requirements gathering process o Participate in the software design process o Develop applications · Mentor junior staff on development tasks and perform peer code reviews. · Function in a Project Manager role for simple to moderately complex projects. · Assess change requests to determine level of effort, application functionality and business workflow impacts. · Identify and document moderately complex business issues, challenging business design flaws and recommend solutions as appropriate. · Effectively write moderate and complex use cases and develop integrated test plan to validate program and system logic. · Coordinate the execution of client testing to satisfy all project testing requirements. · Make recommendations to management and team on process and application improvements Skills Required · .Net 4.0 (C#), WCF, MVC3+, ASP.Net, LINQ, Entity Framework · Advanced Object-oriented programming development and principles · Good understanding of relational database design · SQL Server 2008, T-SQL · HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery – clean, maintainable code · Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills · Experience gathering requirements and documenting them · Self-motivated, team player, action- and results-oriented · Well organized, great oral and written communication skills · Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines · Experience working directly with customers · High proficiency with technical documentation Nice to Have · C++ · 3D Programming Experience · TFS · Full Lifecycle Project Management Experience ________________________________________________ Please send your resume to Kimmi.Nguyen@randstadusa if you are interested.
