Leaders must be held accountable for the decision they make. I have few queries. 1. Did these employees have supervisor? Whats the chain of command? Delegation of duties is key for success of any manager. Who is the boss of the suspended employees? CEO should deal with the managers not middle career colleagues or juniors. 2. Did the employee have required equipments and facilities to carry out their assignment? 3. Do we have human resources manager? how come they were suspended without a warning? what went wrong, we must know what went wrong so as to get solutions. I wish we could hear from the employees as well and analyse. The boss is always right in corporate world but we need justice as well.
