Leaders often find themselves in a dilema because they are people with unique pattern of confidence and fear that come from their life influences,education,experiences,and personal needs. they may want to be themselves,to be at peace with themselves and to avoid the situations that make them uncomfortable. they may want to grow into their full potential while maximizing the potential of the people they lead. leaders also find themselves within a societal and organizational environment of constraints and challenges,of limitations and freedom. The basic dilemma of leadership lies between what they believe desirable and what they can actually do in practice.
