Leaders should be simple , honest and pro public . Every parties should promote youths. When in power a leader should be like spring water not like flood or should be like BP Koirala and Manmohan Adhikari not like Girija Pradad or Prachanda . First two leaders were cool visionary and far sighted and seconds extremist arrogant and stupid and looking for immediate selfish benefits . Leaders like Kishunji and Ganeshman bypassed by Girija Prasad . Leadership crisis in congress is due to vacuum created by Girija Prasad. He never groomed another potential leader after his turn because till the end he was after power. Communist parties hopeless and no vision and tolerance . They are like 22: 24 Raja of our country . So far UML and its performance is positive and pro youth and proved positive and successful in the past . Works and planning of UML are far more progressive and revolutionary than Maoist . Peacefully too changes can be made is the established norms by UML. Though some people criticise party and leaders but must be like central path as UML and should feel proud of its stand .Extreme rightist or extreme leftist only produces Robert Mugabe and Vladimir Putin where democracy is really satirised and mocked . If UML or congress drives the nation with the youths like Gokarna Bista, Ghanshyam Bhusal,Prithwisubba Gurung, Rabindra Adhikari,Kumar Kandangwa , Gagan Thapa, Chandra Bhandari ,Shankar Bhandari ,Manmohan Bhattarai with transparency Nepal will be soon the heaven on Earth . I love to see an alliance between Congress and UML in national agendas and constitution drafting .
