Leadership - Just for Business Right? Thinking about leadership most people associate leadership with business. It’s something that people in organisations have. That’s were it’s needed. Not everyday life. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Leadership is needed everywhere. Especially as a parent or a partner. Children need guidance. As a parent one of your greatest responsibilities is to teach your children how to head out into the world. Leadership is required.
