Leadership Academy project: 1/6/2014 Meeting of participants in the project. Orientation and introduction! Leadership Academy aims at preparing young people for active participation and engagement in their community to lead positive social change. The project develops the skills of a core group of young potential Leaders in Palestine and promotes democratic values, respect for human rights and personal freedoms, as well as environmental awareness. By the end of the project a team of core trainers will be qualified to deliver training in Leadership using the methodology and training content developed during the project, positioning the Academy as a primary provider of Leadership capacity development in Palestine.
