Leadership Pastor : Son Phillips Dishing what we have . -As Pastors we need to be aware that we are teaching people who are spirit filled Christians , just that God has in trusted us to stand before them and do his will. -The are some of us God has anointed us to minister in poorly environment , then lets not be pressured by other mega church that have a high standard, cause if we want to do what others churchs do we will operate out of our anointing. Acts 3:1-7 NKJV Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 3 things embedded in my spirit 1. One church i was preaching to , I said in passing we gonna lay hands on the sick and cast out demons. During lunch one member asked me if I believe in casting demons. 2. My wife was invited to preach then she made an alter call then people started manifested demons , then i was looking at the pastor who were surprise of what was happening . The question is what has gone wrong. 3. I was invited into the other church and they asked me to not lay hands people , and I said ohk I am here to serve you , when the service was over people were healed , forget the formula God works in mysterious was. Let us go back to our community and stand and dish out what we have , God says we are the salt of the world , you need to know that God has put seasoning to you. You dont have to say I was in so and so church and God did great things on the man of God no God has not called you for other people what do you have within you. Matthew 5:13 NKJV “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. Matthew 5:14-15 NKJV “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. What is it that you want to do in your secret space that you dont wanna do when everyone else is there. We cant receive a gospel so powerful and end up our conduct being so distance. Gone are the days where we say silver and Gold we do not have. The church has got money that it has forgot about the name of Jesus Gone are the days were we say look at me , what I have I give you. Pastors now they look at what other ministries do on TV , I say I should be there. Well that is not anointing . Now people think that entertainment is anointing , well I have seen God operating without being assisted , I always pray that when I take the pulpit let it not be me but God who moves. When the move of God is in operation dont tell me , you here worshiping teams say can you feel it, take it. Take what? Thats not anointing. We can scream and shout and say things and be encouraged , but the bible says the word of God sharp than a double edged sword when the anointing of God is at work is cuts you, it works in you. We live in a generation where people disregard old people because they seen themselves well of. But truth be told none of us would be here if it wasnt for the prayers of those old people. Dr Gumbi Before something has to be build , the are things that need to be fixed before something new is to be built. When I was young at home they did not send me to school till I decided to take myself to school at 11 years I dont remember a class i passed before I failed, so today I was call on a radio station to encourage those who have failed because I know how it is how to fail. You know though you may fail a class test but the is what we call corrections Even here on building before you build we have to fix some things. Jesus Himself before He was crucified on the cross He fell 11 times with the cross, so that to give courage to those who fall along the way , it doesnt matter how many times you have fallen but you can raise again. In the times we build in it is tough because we build with people who have fallen and got hurt but dont want to say that they have been hurt. Genesis 1:1 NKJV In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. God created heaven and earth in verse one. From verse 1- 2 there is a thousand years in between. The creation of verse 1 was complete it was like heaven for Gold, silver and everything beautiful , it was the world that God said heaven is my throne and earn is my footstool. Then the was an angle who was gifted with worship that he brought his praises with fire him alone when he sang 100 voices came out of him. But then the angle Lucifer had pride so he was casted into earth and earth and everything went underground. Thats when verse 2 came in, meaning whats complete came to an end , yet in verse 2 the holy spirit was upon the earth. Then it had to take 7 days not to create the earth but to recreate what was there #Corrections Though you have fallen but the spirit of God is upon your life. All that is cursed by God, the nature runs away from it. Jacob asked to Joseph that if he things that he will bow on him, The seven days of recreation were proclaiming things that will happen in the new testament. Genesis 1:3-5 NKJV Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day. 1 Let there be light= it proclaimed the coming of Jesus Christ who is the light. Those who have studied the study of stars they followed the star to where Jesus was. Because you cannot walk on earth without taking direction for heaven. Jesus says IAM the light of the world. 2. Genesis 1:3-5 NKJV Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day. Till verse 5 God proclaimed the light. Genesis 1:7-8 NKJV Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. So the evening and the morning were the second day. Notice that before it is a day God corrected first, but God didnt say it is beautiful because He doesnt promote separation. The second day proclaimed the day of crucification , cause every head on earth was looking up on the cross and every head in heaven was looking down the connection between heaven and earth is the cross. Genesis 1:8-13 NKJV And God called the firmament Heaven. So the evening and the morning were the second day. Then God said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters He called Seas. And God saw that it was good. Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, Genesis 1:8-13 NKJV And God called the firmament Heaven. And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. So the evening and the morning were the third day. On second day when God separated water he doesnt say it is beautiful , But on the third day when the water that came from verse 2 which covered the earth, brought out dry ground on it. How can dry ground come out of water 3. The third day proclaimed the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. He dead but death couldnt contain Him. When dry ground came from the water the dry ground did not come on its own it came out with plants and seeds , that was the prophecy of calling out the church. Now I understand when Paul said , we were crucified with Him and resurrected together with Him.
