Leadership is about capacity - the capacity of leaders to listen and observe, to use their expertise as a starting point to encourage dialogue between all levels of decision-making, to establish processes and transparency in decision-making, to articulate their own values and visions clearly but not impose them. Leadership is about setting and not just reacting to agendas, identifying problems, and initiating change that makes for substantial improvement rather than managing change. This is just the icing on the cake for what could happen under this Beautiful womans leadership. As I enjoyed her warmed, care, empathy, kindness and good natured. I can only share all the attributes that She and my mother instilled in me. Someone asked if I am now politician. I answered Yes because I am becoming one simply because Maman Aïda is, representing my mother who is no longer here with us. Her back is my cradle and my sisters. I am an emerging political activist. Joining me??? Leadership thatll will not differentiate. AND/Saxal Liguey :) Fit to be a President...Sénégal here we come.
