Leadership nuggets are everywhere if we look. This scene is poignant for so many reasons. Seven nuggets I got from it. 1. We should watch the company we keep. The hype person/enabler isnt always the best person for us. 2. We should never believe our own hype too much because what goes up must come down. 3. No one person is ever bigger than the greater good. 4. We should watch what people have in their hand to give us. It may be what we WANT but certainly not what we NEED. (reference point: look what his man has in his hand) 5. Sticking it to our supposed nemesis ultimately comes at a cost greater than what we are willing to pay. So, dont get caught up in the revenge factor because it NEVER pays off. 6. That moment in the spotlight wears off so we shouldnt stare at the crowd in awe of ourselves for too long. Most times they love how we make them feel rather than respecting our gift(s). 7. Last but not least - pride comes before the fall. On a lighter note - Leon played the mess out of this role though! #avoidtheruffinfactor #leadershipnugget
