Leadership of Nandita ji, what happened to Professorship in colleges? Dear Friends, The leadership of Aditya Narayan Misra ji successfully got best possible service conditions under VIth Pay Commission. It included Professorship in colleges, Sabattical leave and implementation of service conditions from 17/8/13. Nandita jis leadership has lost everything what was gained under the leadership of Dr Aditya Narayan Misra ji. Well, teachers can expect nothing from New DTF(NDTF) as it keeps its hands in positions of both AAD and DTF. Some members of New DTF had claimed that they will restore date 17/8/13 as was done by Aditya ji. But, their party run government has pushed back the date in 2008, how can they fight their govt? Negi is murid of MHRD. Nandita jis destructive leadership has one agenda of not owning any responsibility. Her leadership is always eager to place blame on others. The Professorship in colleges would have created new posts and more new teachers could be appointed as Assistant Professor. Due to Post of Professor in colleges, the workload left by Professor ( as Prof have lesser Teaching workload and more research workload) could be used for new posts and research activities could have been institutionalized. Anti-appointment and anti-reservation leadership of Nandita ji kya aap sun rahi hai?
