Leadership should have reconciliation, healing programme to intensify unit across the uKhahlamba region. Fighting for resource that is allocated for the poor and sabotaging, sidelines, character assassination of your own comrades is not good for the movement and the growth of the support base of the region. Our differences should be the source of strength, not the source of division in the movement. Our movement need more leaders that can unify members before and after conferences because conferences are there to strengthen the movement not to create enemies. People must accept new members from other political parties that join the movement and treat them equal, with dignity without calling them with insulting names. Those that come from other parties must also respect institutional memory of the movement and listen to old comrades that have built the organisation during difficult times. As we approach 2014 NPE, everyone must work together for common purpose in making sure that the movement stamp its power. Our people need better service such as water, electricity, housing, education, health, employment, business opportunities. This can only be achieved if our leadership is pulling in one direction not in different directions. We all have contributed to this division; it is our duty to ensure that we talk to each other without fear and favour to grow this movement further in the next 100 years for the next generations to come. The power that we enjoy today was gain through blood and tears of many fallen heroes. What we do today the history will judge us.
