Join me in March. Anything you use wrongly, gets to addicted to a habit that will control your life. Sadness, feelings of worthlessness etc. are not normal, they are products of the quality of your thoughts. This is why you need to feed the mind with the right thought-food (learning) at the right environment (esp people,or when alone). What you think in your mind is more powerful than what you see with your eyes. We can be looking at an object and have different interpretations. There are some changes that will never take place in your life till they take place in your mind. A good dream will always die when the mind is infertile. Only a lazy mind ignores knowledge.
