Leading office automation company based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Systems Administrator and Information Analyst Responsible for managing and administrating the ProAct system. Managing: Reporting Analyse Information and identify opportunity within the channel Managing and Coordinating first line support Understand the ProAct process / reporting and the system deliverables Requirements: A degree in Business Management and/or Certificate/ Diploma in a relevant technology field. 3 Years (plus) progressive experience in IT or Office Automation, contract management with a blend of technical skills and responsibility Knowledge of a CRM and/or ERP system and process will be a bonus Microsoft Excel Knowledge and experience essential. Good communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem solving ability Goal orientation, action focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined coupled with an attention to detail. Excellent presentation skills from junior level to Directors level. Own vehicle, Valid SA Driver’s license and SA Citizen essential Must be willing to travel often Good communication skills, written and verbal Ability to interface with clients at all levels Must be able to hit the ground running and learn quickly Able to analyze data and distill into a clear course of action Must be able to handle pressure and still perform duties on time Accountability Entrepreneurial attitude – as the ProAct position could grow into a division Self-confident Must be able to build relationships Duties: Some of which include: Oversee ProAct Monitoring Office and total responsibility of the ProAct System Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues Action and coordinate all support communication Analyze all system information and identify opportunity Communicate opportunity to company franchises Define and manage System activities Drive system developments and support from supplier To establish and update plans with actuals and forecasts with regards to loading additional information within the system. To provide training and support to all franchises. This will entail extensive travel away from home To escalate decisions and any unresolved issues. To ensure the visibility of the Business Case and/or Project Brief, as appropriate. To ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented To approve or recommend all required commitments and liaise with supplier and contractor representatives. To prepare short-term plans or stage plans as the ProAct progresses. Continually develop and improve on own skill set through sharing & researching best practice Continually improve personal, technical and business understanding Raise and motivate any system expenditures that may be appropriate To document all obstacles, delays and escalate where necessaryThis description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis.
