League Match Report: Really disappointing day at Prospect. After good preparation with the side in good form and confidence it was disappointing to be totally outplayed by a really good side in North Adelaide. Kicking with the wind in the first quarter, the signs didn’t look good with our pressure on the opposition not at a high enough standard. This caused the game to open up in the second quarter and North totally got on top. In the end, we were totally outplayed. We have to really work on our defensive side of the game to compete with the sides at the top of the ladder. Tom Harms, John Hinge, John Greenslade, Christian Calabrese and Guy Page were all solid constributors but in the end we had far too many players beaten in their position which is why we were beaten convincingly. We have the bye this week to freshen up before a massive game against South Adelaide. We will work on some key areas of our game such as defensive pressure and ball movement to our forwards as these are the key areas we need to improve on. Seamus Maloney
