League of Women Voters to Hold Debates for US House of Representatives and ND Agricultural Commissioner Candidates On Thursday, October 23, the League of Women Voters (LWV) will hold debates for the candidates seeking election to the US House of Representatives and for the ND Agricultural Commissioner. The debates are co-sponsored by the Bismarck Tribune and Dakota Media Access (DMA). The debates will be held in the Belle Mehus Auditorium in Bismarck and the public is invited to attend. The evening will begin with the debate between the two candidates for ND Ag Commissioner at 6:30 p.m. The US House debate, with three candidates, will follow, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The debates will air LIVE on Government Access, channel 2 in Bismarck-Mandan and statewide on Midcontinent Channel 323. Real-time streaming will be available on the DMA website at freetv.org and the Bismarck Tribune website at bismarcktribune/debate. The debates will air repeatedly before the November 4th General Election and be available on the DMA’s website after October 23.
