Leanne Shanks: Public Servant News Network Johannesburg: 19:10 · Was in traffic on Malibongwe heading towards Lanseria about 25mins ago - an extremely drunk girl (the person looked female, but couldve been a guy) in a small white car nearly had 4 accidents between Witkoppen and River Road, we were stopped next to each other at Boundary Rd, she couldnt even hold her head up properly. I didnt manage to get her licence plate, was too busy trying to steer clear of her. She then turned over Malibongwe into River Rd to Kya Sands, directly in front of oncoming traffic, she didnt even brake, just turned - missed 2 cars by centimeters. I really hope her destination wasnt far, because she was seriously out of her tree drunk and is a serious danger to herself and obviously everyone on the road - scary stuff :s
