Leanne has been off 3 days in a row which does not happen too often, so we have been enjoying time together and going on outings. Today we are going to see the Penguins of Madagascar, eating at Taiwan 101 so it is my shrimp and broccoli day with eggdrop soup, then probably a grande skinny vanilla latte from Target after the movie and a walk around the mall to get some of our shopkick points for something to do. I need about 200 more for another 5.00 starbucks gift card. You should have seen Leannes face yesterday at the Walmart checkout when she finally found the gum we have been looking for so we could scan that; was like she found a treasure!! Some places you scan things and some places you get points for walking in if you use the shopkicks app and put it on your phone and turn it on, then you turn in the points for gift cards. I almost have my second 5.00 starbucks gift card since around 12/28 or so. It is geocaching in stores basically. The stores allow it because they put in a special device to allow the points. Her first day off, we saw Night at the Museum, got a Starbucks drink at Target and walked around the mall. The second day, she decided since she was off she should really come to church, so we went to Monticellos after church and went to Walmart in Cranberry for some groceries and today is the Penguins. She does not get to go any place too often. She works a lot!! When I hang with Leanne, we seem to have a lot of little kids around us. Even at Night of the Museum, we went to a 5:00 movie, and the lady next to us brought 3 little kids and they were watching the diet coke commercial saying, Oh I love diet coke!! She was laughing listening. Yesterday at Monticellos, they seat us way in the back by this huge group of kids. A little kid literally jumped in front of her when she used the restroom at Monticellos and was coming back. She said, hey they do that to me at work too. I told her, you know you take portraits of kids so we have lots of kids near us, kids must be in your future!! They are cute when they cooperate!! Saw some cute portraits of kids hanging at Monticellos when you go inside. She commented that she did have a pose similar to the one picture!! One day, she will have her own studio and make up her own rules and maybe take more pics of kids who knows!!
