Learn and study constantly! There is so much information in the bible to read and learn! There is so much history and prophecy. Pray for wisdom and understanding. He is faithful to provide. If we expect to teach the gospel, then we have to know it! Instead of that other book or magazine or turning the tv on, open your bible. I told God that I want to be a walking Biblical encyclopedia! I want to know and memorize everything in the bible. I am nowhere close but I am trying. Again, He is faithful and just to provide! I recommend studying the Jewish culture too. It really makes reading the bible that much more fun and interesting and alive! The Old Testament is what Jesus Himself studied, the Torah! You start to understand the nature of God better, and how much He loves ALL His people, humanity! Never stop learning because He will never stop teaching!
