Learn to be at peace with yourself. It is only the unattended ego, that seeks judgment, criticism, and argument. Be aware of your thoughts and conscious of your words. Think and speak mindfully and carefully. Discipline your mind and control yourself. Learn to act presently, instead of succumbing to old habits. There is no benefit and nothing to be gained from thoughtlessly expressing unwarranted criticism; whether, it be toward yourself or targeting another. It offers no means of progress, nor advancement. Instead, acknowledge and recognize the existence of faults and failures. Realize that you neednt express your discontent, in order to reach resolution. Simply allow the moment to pass and replace the negative emotion with positive. The purpose is to improve and create betterment. Dont revert and regress by acting immaturely and behaving as an undeveloped child. When you know better, then you must do better. We do not exist as individuals. We are all very much connected by similar bonds. When we respond aggressively and angrily, we cause harm to ourselves, as well as those we target. Positivity breeds positivity, just as negativity breeds negativity. If we should seek progression, then we seek it for all humanity. For one cannot progress at the regression of another. When one fails, we all fail. Only once we are willing to discipline our ego and elevate our awareness, are we truly capable of making peace. We cannot truly understand our truth, until we make amends with ourselves. We are all one. We are all in this together. Hate none, harm none. A better world awaits our willingness to embrace change. Lay your burdens down, forgive and forget. The past has passed. Be present and clear the slate. Tomorrow is a brand new day and our future depends on our ability to act favorably in the moment. We can and we will make it.
