Learn to distinguish between panic and pain. We want you to walk out of every class feeling like you accomplished more than you thought you could BUT also feeling GOOD! If you push yourself too far you may walk out sick, bleeding, injured, and probably NOT feeling good. On the other hand if you just show up and go through the motions not pushing far enough then you walk out feeling unfulfilled, generally underwhelmed, and lacking positive results. Balance is the key and as long as youre honest with yourself when you assess your effort, you will find it
