Learned a tough lesson in corporate life....managers and directors in your organization can never be your brothers....they are there to do their job with swineless attitude...But once I get to the managerial or directorial level I will try not to become a swineless dictator but would treat everyone as my brothers and would take decisions not only for meeting the organizational goals but also take into their personal lives so that no one gets disturbed due to one single decision....since the onus is on managers and directors their responsibility also increases....and I am totally in sync with this idea....Hopefully that day would come soon when I can prove myself as an able leader....dying for an opportunity to prove my mantle....
