Learned today that Collin is receiving speech at school, and she is AMAZING! She is answered prayers! Today is also our 2nd week of weaning the seizure medication. Collin is becoming more alert and they are noticing it at school. Another thing we discussed today is how Collin blocks out big crowds..Collin was a shy/quite kid before the aneurysm rupture, and I have and his teacher and speech teacher on their field trip that in big crowds Collin will just basically shut us out and close his eyes. I have noticed this at the few family gatherings he has been at and on his field trip he was by a train and a big crowd and she was trying to do some sensory stuff with him and the train whistle went off and it was so loud it made her jump but Collin didnt flinch. He could just be overwhelmed. Tomorrow is therapy day! #GODSGOTTHIS #RIPMATT #ONEDAYATATIME
