Responsibilities: Develops and assesses training materials that will help employees and trainers understand relevant subject matter Work with Lead Trainer to create, review, update, and maintain all training content including presentations and recorded training sessions Make logistical arrangements (e.g. book training rooms, assemble and distribute training materials/binders) for in-house trainings Coordinate and schedule internal trainers for in-house training Advertise internal trainings to eligible participants and track training enrollment/attendance Collect, manage, and distribute course evaluations Manage external CPE credits including eligible programs led by the marketing team for our existing clients Maintain the training calendar for all client and internal employee scheduled trainings Arrange certificates for participants who successfully complete trainings Coordinate new hire on-boarding training program and progress plans Assist in training needs analysis of employees Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Training, Education, HR, or related field 2+ years of experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with WebEx Meetings and Events Platforms Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadline Excellent oral and written communication skills including public presentation ability Collaborative team player with the ability to work across groups and organizational levels Strong customer service orientation Highly organized and demonstrated time management skills Ability to consistently achieve results and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail You’re requested to send your profiles at dimtiaz@primaticsfinancial
