Learning Expo @ Cisco Bangalore. Three days of we learn best in moments of enjoyment Theme: Connect, Coolaborate and Learn. The techie campus had a festive air with enticing posters, colorful banners, multimedia kiosks and arty handouts. Visual Collaboration, Non-Verbals, Drum and Harmonica Roll sessions, Career Paths and more topics vied for the attention of Ciscoites. Who said Learning is a drab affair :-) And their cosy yet large cafeteria resembling an executive dining room rather than an assembly line dining hall serves the aromatic Hatti Kaapi for ₹10 and a healthy range of soups,salads and sandwiches, each under ₹50 ! I conducted sessions on Manager - Employee; Changing Equation Leading and Managing Gen Y Manage Change and Succeed Two hour interactive capsules for managers. Very engaging. I learnt a lot !
