Learning opportunities are reduced when teachers are poorly motivated, poorly trained, and unable to foster a child-centred learning environmrnt. High rates of teacher absentism reduce rates of attendance and undermine parental confidence in school systems. Teachers play a crucial role in determining the expections of children and how they relate to the school environment. So, the improvement of quaity in education depends on teachers education and on teachers behaviour and attitudes.
