Leases for Fall 2014 will not be available until late January We are moving to a new resident services portal which will allow you to submit your lease online, choose your room and roommate and receive instant notification that your lease has been received in our office. The portal will also allow you to submit work orders for any needed maintenance in your room and to receive regular communication from our office. We are very excited about all that this new portal can do. With any new system, there can be delays. Our goal was to have the portal live for leasing at the beginning of December. However, due to delays, we do not anticipate the portal to be available for online leasing for Fall 2014 until late January. We will post on this website and our Facebook pages when leases for Fall 2014 are available. Please do not worry about this delay. Once the portal goes live, you will be able to apply for housing and our office will be available to assist you with any questions or with completing the online lease. We look forward to having you as part of our residential community next fall! - Keep an eye out here for updates on leasing for 2014-2015!
